Precision. Experience. Confidence.

Krzysztof Ozygała

👋 My name is Krzysztof Ozygała.

I have been active in the industrial and metal industry for more than 20 years, as an engineer, designer and organiser of production processes. I know this market inside out - I used to run my own production facility with machinery and a team of up to 50 people. Today, I operate flexibly - as a freelancer and a design and implementation hub that combines engineering competence with practical "A to Z" implementation. 📍 Based in Szczecin (Poland) - I operate locally (Europe) and remotely.

With my experience and personal approach, I help clients achieve their goals by providing customised solutions and high quality service in metalworking and steel construction.

🧠 MY COMPETENCES

🔧 The metalworking industry holds no secrets for me - from classic turning and milling, through threading, drilling, boring, chiselling, to large-scale machining, both conventional and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled), as well as the fabrication of small and large steel constructions, from cutting, bending, welding and grinding to galvanising and painting.
💻 I work in SolidWorks, develop 3D models, manufacturing technology, detailed and assembly drawings, based on customer demand, often based on ISO, PN, EN, DIN, and other standards.
🚛 I take care of material procurement, contractor organisation, quality control and logistics - from single items to large, multi-phase projects - both one-off, short-term and permanent, long-term projects.
🚛 I have my own transport up to 1200kg, with a loading space up to 4200x2100x1100mm. For larger and heavier items I arrange external transport.

It is this mix of technical knowledge + executive experience + organisational precision that keeps clients coming back to me with further orders.

🤝 COOPERATION MODEL

I do not employ staff - but I work with the best. I have a proven network of material suppliers and audited subcontractors and toolmakers with whom I complete orders efficiently, with quality and control over every stage.

🔗 You order - I deliver the finished product.

From concept → design → material procurement → production → assembly → corrosion protection → all the way to transport to the specified address.

🏭 TRUSTED BY ME, AMONG OTHERS:

💼 Shipowners, ports, shipyards and ship repair companies to whom I often make spare parts.
💼 Manufacturing corporations, to whom I often streamline production by creating special tools, jigs and even entire machines.
💼 Companies operating in industries such as offshore, hydro and wind power, mining, cranes, and many others.
💼 Local companies from the Polish Pomerania region, as well as many companies from Western Europe and Scandinavia, and companies from the USA and Iceland.

🛠 WHAT I DO

🔹 Metalworking - turning and milling, conventional and CNC, drilling and tapping of holes, grinding of shafts and planes, manufacture of gears and gear strips, worm and worm gears, pins, bushings, rollers, and other spare parts, both from customer documentation and from samples, from small to large, as required with heat and/or chemical treatment.

🔹 Steel construction - laser and plasma cutting of sheets and profiles, band saw cutting of bars and profiles, bending of sheets, bars and profiles, welding and grinding and, depending on demand, also galvanising and/or painting.

🔹 Design and manufacture of industrial tools and machinery - diagnosis of the problem, initial conception of the solution, arrangements with the customer, design, visualisation, execution documentation, manufacture, assembly, testing, delivery, CE documentation.

🔹 Batch production - preliminary design, optimisation agreements with the customer, execution documentation, organisation of production and logistics.

I use a wide variety of materials, from ordinary carbon steels to alloy steels, from structural steels to tool steels to special steels, from black steels to stainless steels to non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, zinc and their alloys like brass and bronze.

In addition to the above, I also use plastics such as POM, PTFE, PP, PE and others.
When designing tools or machines, I often use commercial components, i.e. bolts, washers, nuts, handles, hinges, bearings, seals, etc., and I select materials depending on the operating conditions, e.g. in a seawater environment or at high temperatures.

🛳 By training and passion, I am closest to the maritime industry. I know the realities of this industry and I know that it is a particularly demanding client, because the key elements here are the selection of the right material and the shortest possible lead time. I have been working with shipowners, shipyards and refurbishment companies since the very beginning of my professional adventure.

👨‍💼 WHO DO I WORK FOR?
