Design and execution documentation
- I establish with the client the most important design assumptions, i.e. what the purpose of the product is, what it will work with, under what conditions it will work, who will use it, what forces it will transmit, etc. I determine what it will be used for, what it will work with, under what conditions it will work, etc.
- I create 3D models,
- Executive drawings of the various operations,
- Assembly, welding, erection drawings,
- I place great emphasis on optimising the execution technology,
- Working with me saves time - I take on the little things and details.
I prepare the documentation in accordance with the applicable standards - for both unit and series production. This facilitates rapid implementation in production facilities and minimises the risk of errors and complaints.

Selection of material suppliers, contractors, process and quality control.
I do not produce on my own - I work with a network of proven contractors from Poland and the EU. This enables me to:
- optimise costs according to customer requirements, as I have low own costs,
- select the most optimal material supplier and contractor in terms of price, deadline and quality,
- match the contractor to the specific task in terms of manufacturing technology (turning, milling, boring, drilling, tapping, grinding, chiselling, CNC or conventional, laser or plasma cutting, TIG/MIG welding, hardening, galvanising, painting, etc.),
- reduce the execution time of a large volume order by spreading it over a larger number of contractors,
- maintain reproducible quality - each project is checked for compliance with the documentation
What's more, depending on the client's needs, I organise material certificates, weld testing, dimensional control and even laboratory tests. For each order, I select a contractor who specialises in the technology, has the right machinery, reasonable deadlines and prices.
Ready-made components with full logistics
The customer gets a finished product - without having to be involved in production.
I handle the whole process:

🔹 Production (machining, welding, assembly, etc.).
🔹 Refining (hardening),
🔹 Corrosion protection (galvanizing, powder coating)
🔹 Packing and shipping (to a designated address, mainly in the EU, but not exclusively)
